Questions
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Cancel whenever you like and you won't be charged again. You keep your paid features until the end of the period you've already paid for, then your page moves to the Free plan. Nothing is deleted. Payments already made aren't refunded; see our Subscriptions, Cancellation & Refunds policy for details.
Do my followers need an account?
No. Anyone with your link can open your page and copy codes. Only creators sign up.
What happens on the Free plan when an offer expires?
Free offers have no expiry date, so they stay visible until you edit or remove them yourself.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade any time. If you downgrade and have more offers than your new plan allows, nothing is deleted and all your existing offers stay as they are. You just can't add new offers until you're below the limit. Plan-only extras, like colour themes, social links, and the featured offer, stop showing on your page until you upgrade again.
What does the analytics dashboard show?
How many people viewed your page, how many times each code was copied, and how many clicks each shop link received.
How does Browse ranking work?
Shoppers can browse every published creator with live offers and filter by country and merchant. Ultimate creators always appear first, with a highlighted card and badge.
Is VAT included?
Prices are in euros. Incodea LTD is not registered for VAT, so no VAT is added.
