Terms of Service
Last updated: 26 October 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a contract between you and Incodea LTD when you use CapCoupon. Please read them carefully. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.
1. Who we are
CapCoupon is operated by Incodea LTD (ИНКОДИА ЕООД), registered in the Bulgarian Commercial Register under UIC 208774569, with its registered office at 17 Sv. Angelariy St., Dragalevtsi, Vitosha district, 1415 Sofia, Bulgaria ("Incodea", "we", "us"). You can reach us at contact@incodea.bg. Full company details are in our Legal Notice.
2. The service
CapCoupon lets creators ("Creators") publish a public page of promo codes, discounts, and affiliate links ("Offers") from third-party merchants, and lets anyone ("Visitors") browse those pages and use the Offers.
We provide the platform only. We are not a party to any purchase between a Visitor and a merchant, and we do not sell, guarantee, or fulfil any merchant's products or discounts.
3. Accounts and eligibility
- You must be at least 16 years old to create a Creator account. Visitors do not need an account.
- You must give accurate information, keep your sign-in credentials secure, and tell us promptly about any unauthorised use of your account.
- You are responsible for all activity under your account.
- If you use CapCoupon for a business, you confirm you are authorised to bind that business to these Terms.
4. Your content
You keep ownership of everything you upload or publish, including your profile, images, merchant names and logos, and Offers ("Your Content").
You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, display, and distribute Your Content solely to operate, show, and promote the service (for example, on your public page, in Browse, and in link previews). This licence ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies held in routine backups for a limited time or where we must keep them by law.
You confirm that:
- you have the rights to publish Your Content, including any third-party trademarks or logos, and its use does not infringe anyone's rights;
- your Offers are accurate, currently valid to the best of your knowledge, and that you are allowed to share them under the merchant's or affiliate programme's terms;
- you comply with our Acceptable Use & Disclosure Policy, including clearly disclosing affiliate relationships and paid partnerships as required by consumer protection law.
5. For visitors using offers
Offers are published by independent Creators. Discounts may change, expire, or be subject to the merchant's own terms. Always check the final price and conditions on the merchant's site before buying. Links may be affiliate links, which means the Creator may earn a commission at no extra cost to you.
6. Plans, payment, and cancellation
CapCoupon offers a free plan and paid subscription plans (currently Plus and Ultimate). Features and prices are shown on our pricing page. Prices are in euros. Incodea LTD is not registered for VAT, so no VAT is added.
- Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, and renew automatically until cancelled. Payments are processed by Stripe.
- You can cancel at any time. After cancelling you will not be charged again; your plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for, then moves to the free plan.
- Payments already made are non-refundable, except where required by law. Details, including your statutory right of withdrawal, are in our Subscriptions, Cancellation & Refunds policy.
- We may change prices for future billing periods. We will tell you at least 30 days in advance, and you can cancel before the change takes effect.
- When you move to a lower plan, nothing is deleted. Features not included in the new plan stop being shown on your page.
7. Acceptable use
You must not misuse CapCoupon. This includes publishing illegal, misleading, or infringing content; impersonating others; distributing malware or phishing links; scraping or overloading the service; attempting to access other accounts or our systems without permission; or artificially inflating analytics. The full rules are in our Acceptable Use & Disclosure Policy.
8. Reporting content and moderation
Anyone can report content they believe is illegal or breaks these Terms by emailing contact@incodea.bg with the page URL, the content concerned, and why it should be removed. This is our point of contact under the EU Digital Services Act (Regulation (EU) 2022/2065).
We may remove or restrict content, unpublish pages, or suspend accounts that break the law or these Terms. Where we do, we will tell the affected Creator the reason (unless the law prevents us), and they can reply to the same address to contest the decision.
9. Our intellectual property
The CapCoupon name, logo, software, and design belong to Incodea or its licensors. We grant you a personal, non-transferable right to use the service under these Terms. You may not copy, modify, or reverse-engineer it except where the law allows.
10. Availability and changes
We work to keep CapCoupon available and secure but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We may improve, change, or discontinue features. If we make a change that significantly reduces what a paid plan includes, we will tell you in advance and you may cancel; if we discontinue the service entirely, we will refund any prepaid, unused period.
11. Ending your account
You can stop using CapCoupon and ask us to delete your account at any time by emailing contact@incodea.bg. Cancel any paid subscription first to stop future charges.
We may suspend or close accounts that seriously or repeatedly break these Terms or the law, or where required by a court or authority. For paid accounts closed without your fault, we refund the unused part of the current period.
12. Liability
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, gross negligence, or wilful misconduct, or your statutory rights as a consumer.
Subject to that, we are not liable for: merchants' products, prices, or failure to honour an Offer; content published by Creators; or indirect losses such as lost profits or commissions. Our total liability to a Creator in any 12-month period is limited to the amount they paid us in that period, or €100 if higher.
13. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria. If you are a consumer living elsewhere in the EU, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country and may bring proceedings in your local courts.
Please contact us first at contact@incodea.bg so we can try to resolve any issue. Consumers may also contact the Bulgarian Commission for Consumer Protection (CPC) (kzp.bg) or use an out-of-court dispute resolution body.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. For material changes we will notify Creators by email or in the dashboard at least 30 days before they take effect. If you do not agree, you can cancel and close your account before then. Continued use after that date means you accept the updated Terms.
