Acceptable Use & Disclosure Policy
Last updated: 26 October 2026
CapCoupon works when visitors can trust what they find. These rules apply to everything Creators publish and form part of our Terms of Service.
1. Be transparent with your audience
EU and national consumer protection law (including the Unfair Commercial Practices Directive) requires that commercial relationships are clear to consumers. On CapCoupon:
- If you earn a commission, receive free products, or are paid to promote a merchant, say so — for example in your bio ("Some links are affiliate links") or in the offer description ("Ad", "Affiliate link", "Paid partnership").
- Follow the disclosure rules of the platforms where you share your CapCoupon link and of each affiliate programme you use.
- Never present an advertisement as an independent personal review.
2. Keep offers accurate
- Only publish codes and discounts that you are allowed to share and believe are valid.
- Describe the discount honestly, including important conditions (for example new customers only, minimum spend, specific countries).
- Remove or update offers you know have expired or changed.
- Do not publish leaked, internal, employee, or single-use codes, or codes taken from other people without permission.
3. Prohibited content
You must not publish or link to content that:
- is illegal in the EU or Bulgaria, or promotes illegal products or activities;
- promotes products that are age-restricted or heavily regulated (for example gambling, tobacco and vaping, alcohol, weapons, prescription medicines, or adult content) unless the offer and its promotion fully comply with the applicable rules;
- is fraudulent, deceptive, phishing, malware, pyramid or get-rich-quick schemes, or unregulated financial or crypto investment offers;
- infringes copyright, trademarks, or other rights, or impersonates anyone;
- is hateful, harassing, violent, or discriminatory, or exploits or endangers children;
- contains other people's personal data without a lawful basis.
4. Use the platform fairly
- Do not inflate views, copies, or clicks with bots, scripts, or incentivised traffic.
- Do not scrape, overload, probe, or interfere with the service or other accounts.
- Do not register usernames to impersonate brands or people, or to resell them.
- Do not use CapCoupon to send spam.
5. Merchant names and logos
You may use a merchant's name and logo only to identify their offer. Do not suggest that the merchant or CapCoupon endorses you unless that is true. Rights holders can ask us to remove material as described below.
6. Reporting and enforcement
Report content that you believe is illegal or breaks this policy to contact@incodea.bg. Please include the page URL, the specific content, why you think it is illegal or violates this policy, your name and email (unless reporting certain child-safety offences), and a statement that your report is accurate and made in good faith.
We review reports promptly and may remove offers, unpublish pages, or suspend accounts. We tell affected Creators why, and they can contest our decision by replying to the same address. More detail is in our Terms of Service.
